Demand Generators: The Main Ingredients
If you live close to Louisiana you’re probably aware that three of the main ingredients in Cajun cuisine are bell peppers, onions, and celery – referred to colloquially as the ‘Holy Trinity’. If your nasal passages have ever been graced with the scent of these three ingredients sauteing together in a skillet with butter or bacon grease, you’ll understand why. Like the three ingredients that form the base of a good gumbo there are three main ingredients that generate demand for commercial real estate – employment, population, and income. These are just a few of the factors that contribute to the value of commercial real estate and something you should consider in your selection of a site.
