Information we receive
We may receive information you choose to provide in a quote request or other communication, including contact details, organization and role, property location and type, intended use, timing, referral source, communication preference, and optional SMS-consent status.
Secure intake platform
Our guided appraisal intake is provided through insite2.ai, the controlled workflow platform used to route preliminary requests to Insite Valuations. Information submitted there is used for the requested intake and related service communications under the privacy notice and terms shown before submission.
How information is used
Information is used to respond, evaluate competency and assignment fit, prepare a scope or quote, maintain business records, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information or reuse appraisal-intake information for Money Trap Academy.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, access codes, tax returns, financial account information, confidential loan documents, or other sensitive material through an initial website inquiry.
Messaging and consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of service. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Marketing email will include a practical way to opt out.
