Specifically, while working with me, he performed multiple appraisals of large and small apartment complexes, shopping centers, ranging from strip enters to enclosed malls, automobile dealerships, fast food and sit down restaurants, free standing retail buildings, commercial and residential subdivisions, transitional lands, offices building of all sizes, medically related office buildings, clinics, and hospital facilities, large manufacturing, warehouse, processing facilities, as well as numerous other property types.
He holds a bachelors degree in Real Estate, and possesses excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, etc. He is a skilled analyst of operating statements, development cost estimates, etc. In addition to having wide field experience and excellent report writing skills, he is endowed with an extra-ordinary amount of common sense especially with respect to the appraisal of real estate. He is congenial, honest, and well spoken. My only disappointment was when he moved to Kentucky for personal reasons.
