Tomorrow I will attend the 2nd Annual Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Conference sponsored by the CCIM Chapter in Kentucky and the Louisville Bar Association. Market participants will be discussing a variety of issues including the reasons businesses choose to locate or re-locate to Kentucky. A couple of potential factors come to mind including relatively low electrical rates and the low cost of employment. It will be interesting to hear what they have to say. I will provide an update later in the week. I also intend to provide a snapshot of the characteristics largest metropolitan areas in Kentucky by the end of next week. So…stay tuned!
