Home Price Trends | Hardin County, Kentucky
As a commercial appraiser, I’m always curious about commercial real estate trends. As a homeowner, I’m also interested in trends affecting the single family residential market. So I’ve been doing a little research on the housing market around Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Here are the median home value trends in Elizabethtown, Radcliff, and Vine Grove since 2006. One interesting recent development is the announcement that a military unit will be leaving from Ft. Knox and that they’ve opened up base housing for civilian employees which will likely further suppress home prices in Radcliff. I’ve got some more research to do but I’m waiting on some updated population figures. In the meantime, here are the trends.
