We are looking to fill the position of Certified General Appraiser.

Russell Roberts Appraisals was founded by Russell Roberts in 1992. He has invested over 25 years in gaining insight into the commercial real estate industry and market. Due to this, he has experience in appraising nearly every conceivable property type, such as retail, industrial, multi-family, land, office, special purpose properties, and many more. Russell Roberts has a team, but he specializes in appraising commercial real estate and holds the highest possible credentials for a commercial appraiser – the MAI designation, awarded by the Appraisal Institute. The team is full of knowledgeable, independent, and highly motivated individuals. Russell Roberts Appraisals’ team members may be spread out in Kentucky, Indiana, and Georgia, but we are still a close-knit group. We have a variety of backgrounds in real estate, finance, construction, and so on, but all of us are ultimately found our passion for commercial real estate.
2. What does the Certified General Appraiser job require?
Minimum Qualifications are as follows:
- General Certification With any state
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office 365) proficiency
- Available to drive throughout Kentucky and Tennessee
Candidates for the position of Certified General Appraiser with Russell Roberts Appraisals, Inc. will be best filled by someone who keeps up-to-date with government regulations, has a state certification, and is willing to travel. An independent and driven individual will be a perfect fit for this company.
